Menu Design
Local Restaurant
This project explores the design of a menu for a local restaurant, focusing on creating an appealing layout that highlights dishes and beverages while maintaining a cohesive visual style.
Problem
The restaurant relied on digital menu screens with fast-moving slides, making it difficult for customers to read the menu comfortably and decide on their orders.
Approach
I designed a clean, easy-to-read printed menu by organizing items logically and grouping complementary food and drink options together to improve browsing and encourage add-on purchases.
Result
Customers could browse the menu at their own pace, creating a smoother ordering experience while helping highlight additional menu items.
Alongside the menu, I designed branded stickers for paper bags and takeaway cups. The goal was to strengthen the restaurant's visual identity across packaging and create a more cohesive and recognizable brand experience.
This project reinforced how thoughtful design can solve everyday problems. By replacing a difficult-to-read digital slideshow with a well-organized printed menu, I helped create a smoother ordering experience while supporting the restaurant's business goals. It showed how even simple design decisions can create meaningful impact for both users and businesses.
